Door to Door Navigation is a free application that gives you the easiest way to get to your desired destination. It works in a very simple way. All you have to do is to select the route you want to take and then press the start button. You will be given the driving directions and the location of the first stop. From there, you can select the next stop and so on.
When you reach your final destination, you will be given a notification. You can then start the route from the first stop. You can even send the route to your vehicle.
